The 1st Two Days of Tailoring Training for the Kenyan Brethren

Wednesday January 23rd, 2019. DAY 1 OF TAILORING TRAINING (Joseph Otieno)

Brethren praise Jesus. I thank God He answered our prayers. All of our visitors are in Kibera peacefully. Today was our heaviest day as the start of our training, all went well. Brethren are so eager and ready to carry something back to the mission fields. Earlier in the morning, the brethren visited Kenyatta market and the Gospel was preached, thank Jesus. We then returned to Kibera slum and the brethren took part in an environmental clean up exercise before the start of training. It was a good start for our training. All went well with the introduction to our training and getting to know each other. We are praying for tomorrow, Thursday, as we will get in more detailed study in tailoring. God bless you.

Thursday January 24th, 2019. DAY 2 OF TAILORING TRAINING (Joseph Otieno):

Second day of class, today Thursday, we thank our Lord Jesus as we finished the theoretical part of training. We’re now doing practical dressmaking and all parts we’ve covered in general. The brethren are so encouraged and attentive and thankful for all the cost paid for this seminar from brethren almost 10,000 miles away. These much appreciated donated funds are being used to glorify Jesus and to ultimately spread His Good News. Apart from training, the gospel is being preached each and every day and night. We’re praying for this seminar to materialize and expand to all our mission fields. Brother William preached tonight and we thank the Lord for all spiritual blessings and the Kibera brethren who have volunteered to take care of our visitors.
