James 2:24,26
"Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."

1st John 2:3-5
"And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him."

Psa 37:37 "Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace. 1Pe 1:16 "Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 1Jn 2:6 "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he(Jesus) walked."

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever. Pro 1:7 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction." Pro 9:10 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding."
